I have fine hair so some clips just fall right out of my hair but not this one it grips my hair perfectly and keeps it in place all day. I highly recommend this clip for people with fine hair.

I fully intended to use a clip myself, both my kids were ready to have a fight over who could wear it first. And then, my daughter saw it and snatched it up. I had to give it to her after I saw how cute it looked in her hair. It held her long hair up all day while we were out shopping. This hair clip still holds up the Scunci standard. Get it? Holds up. Anyway, it's good to see a brand that is still going strong after all of these years.

I did notice that you cannot run with it becuase it does fall out. I like using it when throwing.my hair up to run out or while blow drying. I can put my hair in sections and secure.the wet hair with the clip. Definitely a multi use clip.
