Better Safe Than Sorry!
I take one of these pills every night at bedtime. This is a softener not a laxative. I can tell you that after being severely "backed-up" the last time just recently, it dawned on me that I hadn't been taking this product, because I'd had some problems with my order.. Well I can tell you that I immediately went on-line and ordered it. This product is gentle, and it's a life saver. I highly recommend having this product on hand even if you don't use it everyday.
