Cheap, end of season special and I was not expecting much. Much to my surprise, it is a very good light duty winch, just what I needed.

Solid option
Had to drill a hole in trailer as bolt holes didn't line up correctly however other then that great for the price. Feels a little cheap but still high quality.

Not a very good design. The latch walks out causing the winch to freewheel and you have to take it apart to fix. I had to remedy this by inserting a spacer. Look elsewhere for your winch.

Poor construction soft metal . Poor fit in the gears, they do not stay meshed. Lock lets loose
