one good - one not so good
Ordered and Installed two couplers for my equipment. One locked onto ball as it should. Second one would not lock down. After careful examination found that the one which would not lock down was assembled differently from the one which did lock. Took it apart and reassembled it like the other and BINGO. Had I not ordered two couplers I probably would not have figured out what was wrong and had to deal with returning it and either waiting for a new one to arrive or purchase elsewhere.
