This external drive is great! Fast shipping too!
I recently ran low on drive space for my workstation in my office and since it is a mini cpu by HP, it is limited for space internally. I looked up externals and saw great reviews for this Seagate external drive, the price and storage size is all great. It was 100% plug and play, fired right up and now I store construction project packages here so I could always have them on hand in the event we need them again later for future projects. It has more drive space than our servers have and cost less than $300 ! You can't beat the deal, it is quite small, fast and virtually silent!

Simple and reliable!
I have been happy with the external Seagate drive, and have been using as temporary backup storage. I have had no issues and it was super easy to connect and start using.

A Great Hard Drive
I've been really happy with this drive. The speeds are good. I've been using it pretty regularly and it's held up great. . It feels sturdy and dependable and gets the job done. #sweepstakes

I have multiple 4-5TB HDD and needed a 1-stop backup. The 20TB and then the 22TB have fit the needs.

Decent but not great.
Used for storing media files, but after about 30 minutes of non-use the drive basically shuts off and then takes too long to wake up. It also grinds and clanks while doing so.

1 of 4 purchased failed!
I purchased 4 of them however 1 quit working after only 200hrs. I removed the hdd's from there shells to use in a DAS so now I cannot return. Lost money and lost confidence in the seagate brand.

Expansion 28TB Drive Failed after transferring 10TB
Hi. My drive failed after initially loading 10TB on the 28TB drive. I have opened a return request and it has been 5 days with no answer.
