This has been my first bottle of Artichoke. I'm very happy with these. I take 2 capsules per day as recommended & I notice yellow particles floating in the toilet bowl when I relieve myself. Recently helped heal longterm (2 yr) severe pancreatitis(along with other supplements I took and am taking)...but this product significantly helped eliminate pain when eating meals. I really like quality artichoke, it really does its job. I liked this company too, ingredients , the capsules are medium, herbal, and taste neutral. It suits me perfectly. the dosage is slightly less than necessary, but it is also enough. the package lasts for almost 2 months, with two meals a day.

Took this for my brother as he is on long term pharma medication. Happy to get it in a capsule as I don't even know how to prepare artichokes for food. Do I eat it raw or cook? Have not try a real artichoke. I have seen it in the supermarket but have never eat them. What is the taste ?
