Seagate Backup Plus Portable 4TB External USB 3.0 Hard Drive - Black

This is the second Seagate backup plus slim 2tb external hard drive that I've purchased. The first has been in regular use for years without issue so when I needed extra storage I decided to stick with what works for me. So far the new drive has worked flawlessly just like my original one. It's plug and play with my desktop computer, no need to even format the drive. I love the ease of use, just plug it in and start adding files. My PC has never has never failed to recognize the device immediately. I've been using this drive regularly since I ordered it and it's been working feel for me. I consider it to be a good quality product and a fair value. I recommend it.

If your buying a device, do research on the device, and look at the reviews of the product, I like this device because it up loads the games onto the hard drive really fast,and it has a lot of space of course, I have the 4tb one, I use it for my Xbox, disclaimer you can't download next-gen optimized games, either last gen or Xbox 360 of games, I also like the feel it has to it it's very light weight, you could carry it in your pocket like a phone, another good option is getting the internal hard drive it's cots way more but you can use next gen games on it.

Lots of storage. Easy to use. Works great, plugs right into Xbox. No issues

seagate is a leader in HDD external drives wish the price was lower and came in a 8TB or 10TB exterrnal drive

This is a great price for the amount of stories that you get. I saw that it was $159, and then including the tax and everything it was like $170. It's not a full 4 TB of storage. It says it's 3.63 TB but it's still a lot so I'm pretty much happy but if you are looking for specifically for terabytes, then I would recommend looking for a different HDD

Walmart is not a reliable vendor. I ordered 2 Seagate Drives and the delivery package contained only one. Though the AI customer service via phone said I'd get a replacement and a few days later a customer service supervisor stated that I would be refunded for the missing drive, in both cases the Walmart system overrode these assurances and denied my refund or replacement. I weighed the Seagate Drive and the package to the nearest gm and requested Walmart provide the shipping weight to determine whether one drive or 2 shipped, but they failed to address this means of conclusively resolving the issue. I have been mugged. Seek alternative online vendors.

Sent a damaged HD. Cover is dented and lifted up on top right corner and will not plug in. light only blinks and HD never shows up on computer.

Unfortunately, it didn't work. When I opened it, it was packed full of domino pieces.

when I open the paper package there was a used Xbox hard drive. 😡
