The hard drive arrived quickly. Much quicker than the computer I've ordered to use this with! (not ordered through Walmart) So I haven't yet had time to use the drive. But it arrived quickly and in great condition.

There is much to like about this product and it works best with gaming systems, however, it can be flaky with its connection to PCs, or at least to my PC. The USB-C connector is excellent and the speeds are very good. It works without hiccups on a game system, I had it hooked up to an Xbox. When used for PC storage, it occasionally drops connection and the drive disappears, only to remount. I am not sure if this is due to my system or the drive is not intended for PC use at all. In today's significant increase in HDD prices, this is as good a value for the size as is out there normally.

So special that I can't use it. First of all I knew it would be stolen from shipping because it looks so clever. The first time I ordered it it never showed up. They had to do a bunch of jumping jacks and I ordered it again and there were a lot more jumping jacks just to get it shipped and then I got it and it was a USB-C 3.0 only and I have so much gear that I'm going to have to find a way to adapt it to my set up. This requires patience. Plan ahead.

The cord in the box is the only one that works. All same power lvl cables don't power it up fully

Product completely stopped working and lost all power after 5 days. All ports on my PC still power everything else. Even tried high powered USB-C 10g port and it worked at first for like 5 minutes then went completely off and never powered back on the same as the standard 15 watt and higher ports on my desktop PC case and motherboard. Would NOT recommend. BUYERS BEWARE! Returning for full refund tomorrow when the store opens. Will not purchase this product again.
