I remember that a medical doctor once prescribed me with this Nopal cactus as part of my slimming regime. At the time, I don't really see much effect on slimming though. Since I read that Nopal cactus can regulate the blood cholesterol level and improve one's health condition, I added this supplement (with my other daily supplements) as part of my regime to keep my health on check.

I bought this product on the recommendation of research biologist. I also did my own research as to the usage and effectiveness. What I found has confirmed that ancient people believed in natural remedy long before the different medical boards were established. So I figured if it work for so many people it should also work for me. I am completely satisfied with this.

I take these before each meal and find that my sweet cravings have decreased and my energy has increased. I've been having trouble losing weight from my waist even with careful diet and vigorous exercise, and I'm noticing a shift in that. Will order this again.

My son gave me a small plant of Nopal Catuse and so I was intrigued to learn more about this plant. I understood that I could cook it and eat it and will reduce my sugar level. As the plant will take some time to grow I decided to try a commercial product and so I ordered your capsules. The product was delivered very fast to Israel and I decided to take it easy and take only two capsules to make sure it would not have any negative effect. To my surprise the next day my sugar level dropped to 96. My daily average in general range between 110 and 120. Since then I keep taking 3 to 6 capsules a day. I noticed that a therapeutic dose should be 6 capsules per meal but I'm not there yet. I'm still trying it slowly and watching the effect. Nevertheless, I'm going to order more bottles' for sure

Nopal is a perfect of the concept "the whole is greater than the individual parts". As far as I know, there are no standardized nopal (cactus) supplements in the U.S. market, but that's probably a good thing since nopal is a unique combination of flavonoids, phenolic acids and polysaccharides, and has been well demonstrated to lower blood glucose (which I have tested on myself as well). With it's high fiber content I suspect that it can also help absorb the endotoxins produced by pathogenic bacteria, so I think this is well worth the price.

Very happy with the quality of this nopal cactus. Love that it has carefully harvested, minimally processed and freeze dried ingredient. No fillers in veg caps. Take at beginning of meals....especially if carbs or sugar are involved. Helps to keep blood sugar in check. Will definitely be a repeat customer for this product.
