I am trying other products
I have used another chitosan product for years. It is no longer available. A big plus to the other product is there is no dye in it. I was disappointed that this product does not work as well. My pool is still cloudy. All of the basic parameters: pH, Chlorine, etc are correct.

I would not buy this product again.
All the chemicals were balanced and did not clear my cloudy pool after running my pump 24/7 for a whole week.
