Seems a bit overpriced for a bag of rubber. However it works and looks durable enough even if I hope not to use it again.

A bag with a hole in it
I got this for my wife who has a PICC line in her upper arm that must be kept dry at all times. Her hand barely fit through the access hole and there was no way I could stretch it large enough to fit over her elbow let alone over the PICC line connectors. This might work for a small child but I don't see how anyone could stretch it over any cast or even an adult arm without tearing it beyond use.
