Not worth it
The arm hole is not reinforced and split after a week (three times used). I bought one from another retailer that said it was only for bathing but it did have a reinforced arm hole and is still going strong for bathing and swimming. Both cast protectors seem to be from the same company though. Not Wal-mart's fault, fast delivery.

WORTHLESS!
Do not waste your money on this. I just took my 3-year-old to the pool with this expensive piece of garbage, and we were there a total of ten minutes before there was water on the top of her arm cast, and on her fingers. I made sure I got all the air out, and it still did not seal. There was even water in it when I took it off. I had to drive home and try to blow dry her cast. Another parent at the pool told me she just used siran wrap and it worked, so I will try that. Maybe this thing would be useful in the shower or bath, but you definitely cannot submerge your arm in water with this thing on. Again, don't waste your money!!
