soft yet supportive
I've tried to use other foam pillows that collapsed and did not give me enough support or were too hard and stiff. For my neck problems, this pillow is just right. Soft, yet supportive. With two sides to choose from, narrow or higher lift, the narrow was perfect for me. I feel like Goldilocks who found just the right chair and bed at the bear house. I recommend this pillow.

Needs a thicker and stronger memory foam.
I tried sleeping on the pillow overnight. Wanted to like it so bad. The weight of my head pushed the pillow down completely flat against the mattress. It dashed my hope that it would give enough cervical support for my neck. Yes it does rebound, but only when head is not laying on it. Didn't work for me. Others may like it though.

Smells bad , too soft
It's too soft even thought it claims to be medium firm . It also has a really strong unpleasant smell . I was really hoping this was like my other sealy pillow , which is my favorite . But this isn't up to par
