From the minute I laid my head on the pillow total comfort. Slept great with it. I'm a happy customer.

the package arrived in a bad labeled extra firm which was what I ordered.. the pillow were nothing firm..it was soft and fluffy but offers none of the support needed in an extra firm pillow

I'm not sure what kind of pillow I received but it was definitely was nowhere near Firm and certainly not extra firm. What hug disappointment. For $20.00 I could have gotten 2 regular pillows that would have better than the one I received. Do waste your money. Go in the store verses buying online so you can see and feel what you're getting. I'm requesting a refund.

Although this product is clearly marketed as "Extra Firm", it is anything but. Upon arrival, with the pillow still in it's Shipper Bag, I couldn't help but notice how remarkably light it was. Laying same on a counter top, I proceeded to push downward with my index finger and, as the air slowly escaped the Shipping Bag, I was amazed to discover that my index finger had easily compressed the pillow to the point that it now made contact with the hard counter top surface underneath! Clearly there was ZERO FIRMNESS to be found. My decade-old pillow that was up for replacement exhibited far more resistance than did this "marshmallow". Seldom one to complain and even rarer to return merchandise, I immediately made arrangements with WALMART to return this unopened product for a full-refund. SEALY should be ashamed to sell such an inferior and clearly mis-labelled product. Cheers!

This pillow is the MOST UNFIRM pillow I have ever purchased in my lifetime. There is no firmness to it at all. It sinks totally through when you use it and does not support your head at all. You might as well have no pillow at all. Will never purchase another one.

i already have a real pillow that is firm but i wanted another one that would be same firmness but making me feel like if I'm a caveman sleeping on rocks because when i purchased my first pillow from walmart i was like ya this is soft and light not even close to firm what are they doing making them and putting labels on them saying firm or even very firm but all feeling same it's like watching unwrapped finding out cereal made for brand names and no brand are mostly the same only a few select brand cereals have a different taste and quality than their cheaper cereal it really only makes sense to the greedy

If you are seeking to buy a firm pillow, this is NOT it. I am surprised at how soft these are since the description says they are extra firm. I purchased three of them and not one of them has any firmness to it at all. I seriously thought they sent me the wrong pillows.

Too soft lacks support I would return if I could. Do Not buy .

It got flat right away! For the price I expected better quality! I try to fluff it up and combine more pillows underneath it to see if that would make it work but that didn't help because it got flat like a deflated balloon. I'm very dissatisfied!
