Great source of fiber %26 protein!

Lori April 20, 2025

Love these shelled soybeans! We use them in stir-fry or as a snack. Our favorite snack option is thawing some, then drizzling with a little olive oil and coating them in grated parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 350° for about 10 mins. So yummy!

these make absolutely great snacks just eat. I use them in all sorts of different dishes. but one of my favorite ways to have them is to just put them in a 2 oz portion cups with a lid put them in the refrigerator take them out and then just eat them

A Wonderful Find!

Laurie October 12, 2025

What a surprise to find this product in Walmart's frozen food veggies! No other store carries shelled edamame beans in our town. They can be cooked or eaten right out of the bag as they thaw, and are among the healthiest foods in the bean family. The taste is umami, deeply luscious.

Best value on edamame that I could find

Jason June 30, 2026

These are a great deal, especially since they are shelled. All you have to do just put them in a pot of boiling water or throw them in the microwave and then you get 10 grams of protein per half cup. It's a no brainer! I had them by themselves with a little bit of butter and lemon pepper seasoning. And then I threw some into kale salad to kick out the protein.

Great snack, side dish, or main course in stir fry

Nina May 12, 2026

Perfect "fast food" and snack. Healthy, high in protein and fiber. Just toss in the microwave and nibble on it when you are too busy to cook a meal. Also a good side dish for lunch and/or dinner as well as added to a stir fry dish or on a salad

Love these but Fiber %26 Calories are incorrect.

TP March 2, 2026

I love these but as of 3/3/26 the nutrition facts on the listing are incorrect. For previous purchases of this item, it was 90 calories %26 8g fiber per 75g serving (which is what the listing still shows on Walmart's website). When I bought these last week, there is 110 calories %26 only 5g fiber per 75g serving. I don't know what changed (they taste the same) but I'd much rather have 8g of fiber %26 90 calories so whatever was changed, please bring that back. I included a pic of the new nutrition facts. I'll still purchase them but would much rather have the original product with higher fiber.

easy to eat

Kayla March 12, 2026

I love that these are deshelled and ready to eat/cook. However, I do believe they are a little drier than the ones still in their pods, because they lose moisture more easily when cooking. Other than that, I appreciate the convenience of not having to push each individual bean out of the pod.

Dried Out and Freezer Burnt

anonymous August 9, 2025

Freezer burnt and the microwave instructions are very WRONG. If you want to eat dried out and overcooked edamame then follow the package instructions. I would recommend 1 minute intervals in maybe 30 seconds each. I assumed the manufacturer knew how to cook their product, but they definitely don't!

Worst edamame I've ever eaten

Jacob September 7, 2025

There weren't enough shelled edamame products so I ordered this. It wasn't edible and I really wanted edamame that night. Even salt and franks hot sauce didn't help. Spitting it out didn't make me any happier with this so called edamame.

I never received this order but I was charged for it anyway. That is just wrong. Please clear up this matter. Thank you. I really am tired of this happening to me.
