Delicious
Delicious bread/rolles/buns. Fluffy with a great taste. My wife developed such a love of these, she eats them toasted with almond butter. The sourdough is delicious too.

Not big enough for a hoagie sandwich
These are supposed to be for hoagie sandwiches, but these rolls are surprisingly narrow, making them look much more like they should be for hot dogs or perhaps bratwursts or polish sausages. They don't lend themselves to a large sandwich and they don't hold together very well, either, feeling a bit dry once you open them up. The flavor is very nice and I think that they would work well making cheese bread under the broiler or, if you wanted to let them go stale, they'd be great to make bread pudding with, but as a hearty sandwich roll? Nope. This isn't the one.

Delicious slightly sweet sandwich roll.
Soft, a little sweet. Very satisfactory dip sandwiches, hot dogs, etc. Holds up well if briefly warmed in the microwave.
