Great Sourdough!
This is my mom's favorite sourdough. If I buy anything else, she will not eat it. She loves this bread.

I use this bread in sandwiches and toast. This bread does not crumble or tear easily. It has a wonderful sour dough taste and texture.

if you're looking for a really good sourdough this classic loaf is not it... HOWEVER! All of the other breads that these people make are out of this world delicious but this one missed the Mark for some reason... I don't quite understand it... why not?

Flattened
Two loaves of bread packed under two bunches of bananas. Needless to say the bread is flat. The rest of the order is fine and the order was delivered on time

This is NOT sourdough bread as shown 8n this photo. When you receive the loaf of bread the wrapper says ARTIFICIALLY flavored. A total misrepresentation of the actual product. Flavor and texture is definitely not as represented.

Don't believe picture, artificial sour flavoring
Disgusting! The packaging I received said artificially flavored SOUR, not classic sour or sourdough. Disgrace and a money grab!

I wouldn't recommend this item based on having artificial ingredients to create the flavor of sourdough. Oversight on my part when purchasing.
