My favorite Sourdough Bread
I buy this bread weekly. I have tried other sourdough breads and was not impressed. I buy the cracked wheat or the regular sourdough. Maybe it is a little more expensive than some other brands. The flavor is worth the extra cost.

We like it more than the regular sourdough but for some reason no matter where we store it, it seems to mold quickly. It's not the same if you freeze it and take a few slices at a time out.😡

EXCELLENT TASTE, BUT TOO LONG %26 AIRY
Excellent flavor— this is where this bread wins, However, I would love it if it tasted a little fresher %26 had a little more heft to it. Pieces are too long for most toasters %26 kind of airy.

Moldy bread few days after purchase.
I usually have no problems receiving cracked wheat sourdough bread, but the last two purchases when received seemed fresh and looked wonderful. I have had one slice. Just purchased a few days ago and it is moldy not just a little. Several slices. It's hasn't expired. This happened with my last purchase as well, but I didn't report it. This bread is expensive, over $5.00 I'm so disappointed. Prices have soured, Quantity and Quality have plummeted.
