Seattle Sourdough Sandwich Round Bread Loaf, 24 oz

I So I got a loaf shared it with a few people have been ordering this product for 2 months and last week you Finally had it in stock! I shared it with a few friends. We were all Very Impressed! It is GREAT!! Now out of stock AGAIN! PLEASE start carring it on Regular Bassis!!!

Good flavor and texture. I am also a fan of the shape, size, and that it is like a regular loaf of bread. I eat a lot of sandwiches, and this bread is perfect. Have now went from white bread to wheat bread and and now sourdough. I am under the impression sourdough is much better for you.

I love sourdough, but in a way that like I don't understand it much but will eat it when I can. At restaurants, it's often too hard and painful to eat, but fresh made is lovely. This loaf is much more comparable to a stable store made or self-made loaf of bed. It's softer than a lot of sourdough that I've tried while still retaining the crunch and taste that I'm used to. The loaf lasted for a good two-three weeks before I finally saw signs of mold. This loaf lasts! Overall, this was great for a quick breakfast open-faced sandwich or a lunch deli style sandwich too. I'd purchase again!

This bread has really great flavor and even my picky kids found it delicious! It helped me to create perfectly golden brown grilled cheese sandwiches and held up well in my oldest's lunchbox for sandwiches at school. The texture is perfect as well, not too hard nor too soft, but which allowed it to hold up well. The only slightly downside was that several of the pieces had rather large holes, which my kids were not a fan of but I didn't mind it at all.

This bread is a new family favorite! We loved the taste and texture of this bread! Made for some amazing fresh cold sandwiches, nice warm grilled cheese for the kiddo, or even a melt! Honestly, used the last of what I had to make a French toast style bake and I will definitely be purchasing this more often. Even for Italian dinner nights with a nice olive oil and seasoning or some balsamic is so yum!

I really like the package of the bread and I love the way the slices are they’re a little bit different than the standard square. Sourdough is not really my cup of tea however it did taste fairly well when I made a sandwich. The bread was very fresh.

Ingredient-wise and packaging-wise, everything is straightforward and easy to understand. No confusing nonsense, just clean labeling that makes it simple to know what you’re getting. Taste-wise, it absolutely delivers. It has that classic sourdough character without being overwhelming, and it works well with both simple and layered flavors. The texture is where it really stands out. The chewiness is on point for sandwiches, holding everything together without falling apart or getting soggy. That said, if you toast it, go light. A gentle toast brings out the flavor beautifully, but if you push too far, it turns into something you have to respect a little too much when it cools down. Freshness was honestly impressive. Straight out of the delivery, it was soft, fresh, and not dry or stiff at all. No weird staleness, no issues with quality, just solid bread doing what it’s supposed to do and doing it well. I used it for an egg sandwich with smoked provolone, pesto, and ham, and it held everything together, perfect perfectly. The flavors blend it really well with the sourdough base and made the whole thing feel like a café-style breakfast sandwich at home. Overall, I’d absolutely buy this again. It’s reliable, flavorful, and versatile enough to become a regular in the kitchen rotation.

This bread is ok. I personally did not like the bread, it was sweet. However the quality of the bread is great. This bread will do great with grilled cheese or a good sandwich after a long day at the beach. There is nothing wrong with the bread itself I just prefer it to be more salty than sweet.

The bread is delicious! I made garlic bread out of some of the slices. I make my own homemade sourdough bread so there definitely is a difference because this has some preservatives and is more than likely processed because it has more ingredients than sourdough should have. It’s a good alternative if you are looking for something with a different flavor though. I love how it’s pre-sliced.

Visually they are thin slices and round. Round sandwich sliced bread is not something i’ve seen before so that’s interesting. Unfortunately though, the bread came with many large blue/green molded areas when I pulled some slices out so I was unable to try it.
