[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was selected to sample this product for free from influenster and Sebastian professional in exchange for my honest review This is my first experience using this brand and I am deeply impressed. I have long natural hair that ive never dyed. Its naturally straight and thick, i find at times it looks unruly and slightly course but washes nicely. I used this as directed on the box which I found very useful and the inside message gave tips too. The bottle was easy to hold and use, I put two pumps in my hand as directed and warmed this up by rubbing my hands together then applied it evenly on damp hair prior to blow drying, it was very thick oil so did take some rubbing into my hair as itbwas wet and quite cold. The smell was beautiful and lingered wonderfully on my hair. When my hair dried I noticed that it was smoother and sleeker it felt soft and shiny. It remained smooth and sleek unlike when I havent used the product it goes dry and frizzy. I got many compliments on my hair and will use this product alongside the blow drying spray after each wash prior to blow drying and styling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this Sebastian Dark Oil taming elixir serum! The pump bottle is quick and easy to dispense and a little goes a long way. It smells lovely, I'd say it's a unisex scent and for use on all types, so everyone could use it. It's a real hit in my household and a good all round product. It has a lovely creamy consistancy, feels super soft and it doesn't leave a nasty residue behind on the hair. It smooths my hair, cuts frizz and isn't greasy. I've noticed my hair feels soft, silky & light weight. This product doesn't aggravate my scalp probably because it contains lovely ingredients like avocado oil. I leave it in after washing and it makes my hair feel so hydrated.

The oil absorbs into my hair so well, it's not left my hair feeling at all greasy. It left my hair feeling and looking so healthy and the shine is so good! It's not a heavy product so a small amount in your hand goes a long way. The bottle is great, easy enough to pump out etc

It looks and feels like something you would get in a hair salon so perfect for a nice relaxing, everything shower. Hair always feels clean after but doesn't feel like a super strong shampoo in that my hair never feels stripped after using it. Leaves my hair feeling very healthy.

I love how my hair feels and so impressive how the confidence grows by seeing the amazing results. I used a fair amount on my fingertips and applied through my scalp and all the way length. It doesn't exist anymore to have frizzy hair, frizz free. Love the bottle. It stands out so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A little goes a long way. High quality bottle and packaging. The oil is superb. The texture is luxury. It added shine and moisture to my hair. Less is more with this product. Meaning the bottle will last a long time so good value for money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great light weight conditioner that works really well with the shampoo and leave in shine oil. Smells amazingly and glides through hair really well. I have really thick hair so i do have to use a lot of conditioner so i used this up really quick. Left my coarse brittle hair feeling nice and soft with an amazing shine. I do worry that heavy scented products dry my hair out but this worked okay. I'm not sure if it's something that i would personally buy for my hair type

I use this on mid-length to end of my hair after a wash and before styling and it's fabulous - it has a great, non-greasy formula and does not make my hair feel weighted down. It really keeps my hair well hydrated and smooth and keeps it looking and feeling healthy until next hair wash. A great product!

I found that i had to use a lot of this too get it to lather up how i like it to but then i do have really thick hair. It smells amazingly but maybe a bit too heavily scented. Works really well my with the conditioner and shine oil which did leave my hair feeling super soft and shiny. I personally wouldn't buy this product though as i feel that it is too heavily scented for my dry, brittle coarse hair type.

A little goes a long way so you don't need to use too much as it absorbs really well into hair. I don't think this is suitable for my coarse hair type so i personally wouldn't buy but it is a great product.
