Poorly packaged
The product itself is amazing. I have been using it for years on my curly hair. Delivery was on time. The reason for 3 stars is the condition it arrived in. Product was tightly packaged in a bag, not a box, but there was product everywhere. Not sure if the pump became dislodged or what.? But that was disappointing.
