Sebastian Professional Shaper Touchable Brushable Hold Control Hairspray, 10.6 Oz

the best hairspray i’ve used. holds your style but is never sticky allowing hair to move freely and easily restyled

I love the way you could style your hair the next day even without that hairspray and you don't need to wash your hair the spray also smells very good

I wanted the Sebastian hairspray with the gold circle that says original product, which was on the cans of what I ordered. I did not receive what was shown on the can; it does not hold as well. I had previously been told that the product without the gold circle is the original product, but I do not believe that to be true.

The website misrepresents this product. It pictures the product with the round gold seal on the can that says "original formula" but that is not the product I received. The one I receicecd does not have the gold original seal on the can, The two products are different and I wanted the original formula which is not what I received.

As you can see on the can of hairspray, the item shown is the original formula but I was sent an entirely different formula. Besides that, when I called to ask to return it, I was told to take it to any Walmart store and just show the QR code sent to me. When I tried to return it, the store clerk refused to let me return it stating "we don't take on line orders any more." I had to call the store manager and argue with him that I was told to return it to a store, before he would let me return the hairspray. This is ridiculous and will prevent me from ever ordering from Walmart online ever again.

Was not the product like the picture. Product should be like the picture.

The product shown in the add is not what you are sending to customers. the picture shown in your add has the orange seal saying original formula and that is what I wanted. what you sent on both orders was Sebastian Professional Shaper Hairspray, not Original Formula.

Did not receive what was pictured, I also returned these items on 9/20 and still have mot received a refund

I wanted the original formula, as shown in the photo. Not worth the hassle of returning it, but still a waste of money.

Aside from arriving late, the product is not as advertized - received Shaper Plus, not "Sebastian Professional Shaper Touchable Brushable Hold Control Hairspray, 10.6 Oz'
