Gel look without UV
I used it on wet polish as well as dry polish. Yes, it looks better on dry polish as it plumps it and makes it glossier.

My go to top coat!
This is the only topcoat I have found that lasts more than one two days on my nails. I have experienced little to no shrinkage and the finish is incredibly glossy, truly is like glass. While it doesn't dry down as hard as gel polish, it's the closest thing I have found that looks and wears like gel polish. I absolutely love it! The price for the set and the amount offered can't be beat!
