Secret Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Clear Gel, Classic Cocoa Butter Scent 2.6 oz (Pack of 6)

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am very amazed by the product. Even after a very sweaty intense exercise after gym, it still does it job. I especially tested about the point that it should last 24 hours. The result is excellent. Even after changing into different clothes, i could still smell the cocoa butter scent for that period of time. I also really like the smell, i hate deodorant that have a super strong perfume smell, so this cocoa butter kiss scent is perfect for me. The most important thing is....it is clear so it doesn't leave any marks on your clothes or your armpit and I really like the feeling of applying a cool gel on my armpit.

The ones that I have used in the past have often been wet, sticky, and leave me feeling like the alcohol smell would make a cop think I had been swilling something while I drove. Secret Outlast puts all these inconveniences behind and offers enhanced protection with no white marks. The ooh-la-la-lavender scent is quite mild and not overwhelming. As with all gel products there is an alcohol content to aid in quick drying but this one is not overpowering of the product's scent and quickly dissipates leaving only the pleasant lavender behind. As a theatrical performer I am frequently in places where no-scent policies are in place and was thrilled to discover that a scent-free version of this product was also available. I went right out and grabbed that after day 2 of this product trial! Typically a dance rehearsal sees one sweating it out over the course of 3-4 hours of rigorous choreo so its important to me that my deodorant last and see me through the insanity. Outlast not only lasts through a workday but got me through the post workday rehearsals as well without re-applying. I also noticed that on weekend days where my 2 year old's crazy activity meant mommy didn't have time to jump in the shower that the antiperspirant properties kept on going and I still finished out the whole 48 hours with no worries of grossness! Being involved in theatre also means I wear a LOT of black backstage! Nothing is more annoying that stepping out into the blue light of a scene change to discover the deodorant marks on your top are glowing for the entire audience to see. Even if you put your shirt on and do the stretchy dance you risk it...not with Secret's clear gel. This has been one of the products that truly lives up to its non marking claims! Finally I was concerned about how long the product would last me when I first received it. I don't like it when products quickly disappear and I go through them quickly. The label recommended 3-4 clicks to dispense the product but I found that I could get outstanding protection with 1-2 clicks of product, meaning its been lasting me a fantastic amount of time. Overall I'm beyond happy with every aspect of the product! It is definitely tops in quality, price, and performance and I will absolutely be adding it to my regular purchases.

Never used gel because I always hated that wet feeling that takes forever to dry but this deodorant works great smells amazing and dries super fast!! I am able to put it on after putting a shirt on and not worry about white marks or wet feeling of gel! I was a fan of the smell mostly! It's very fresh and light and keeps you smelling fresh all day and night!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was really excited to try this, as I have always used secret and have had good experiences with it. Normally I don't buy the gel... no reason really, I just opt for solids. Also, I always buy powder scents, because I tend to get headaches from strong scents/perfumes. I was a bit weary with the lavender scent, but really surprised at how much I liked it. It's not overbearing or too strong. It's a sweet light scent. The gel dries supers quickly as well, so another plus! It does feel like it will be "messy" when you first put it on, and I suppose that's simply me not being used to gels, but after a few days, I was used to it. Compared to solids, I feel more confident using the gels. It dries quickly and I don't have to worry about it getting all over my clothes, like I do with solids. It says 48 hour protection, but I will be honest... I didn't test to see if that's true. I use it daily, like I would with any other antiperspirant. I wouldn't feel comfortable even if I knew for a fact it kept me odour free for 48 hours. I will stick to using it daily. It did last ALL day though... which is fantastic. Awesome product all around and I will definitely purchase again.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was very pleasantly surprised with how well Secret Clear Gel worked. I signed up for the product test without high hopes that it would work, but I was wrong. It dried a lot faster than I thought it would and worked as well as my regular deodorant. It has been a great test for me to use it during the summer to really test it out by wearing sleeveless tops. It's been a really hot summer and it's still working great. I also loved the cocoa butter kiss scent. It has changed my thinking on clear gel deodorant and I'll buy it again and I'll recommend it to my girl friends as well. It's an all around great product.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've never been a huge fan of gel deodorants but this one is changing my mind. It has a delightful scent and being in the health field and on my feet running around all day it stands up to what it promises. No sweat marks for this gal! There are a few cons to this product as I have to wait for a few minutes to put on my shirt because it is so wet. It promises no white marks but on my black tshirts I have noticed slight white marks after pulling it on if I haven't let it dry completely. Again, these are minor cons to a product that keeps me dry, odour free and smelling great! I have tried the stick version of this product in this particular scent and for me it does not provide the same amount of protection or scent. It also leaves harsher white marks. I'm going to stick to the gel version from now on!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using Secret Clear Gel for a few days now. I have used it for regular daily activity (going to work, going out for dinner, working in the garden) and I have worn it during high levels of activity. I have found that for daily wear, the scent is fresh and does a good job of preventing odor and wetness. The product feels a bit sticky after it is absorbed, but nothing too bad. I feel that Secret Clear Gel lives up to its claims for basic, daily wear. (I did apply freshly after 24 hours- I didn't go 48 hours without showering and applying the product, and am not really sure why anyone would unless you were lost in the woods for two days or went away for the weekend and forgot to pack deodorant and for some reason could not go out to buy any). For high levels of activity, this product is somewhat of a disaster. I went for a 5k hike (something I do 3-4 days a week) and wore Secret Clear Gel to put it to the test. The odor protection was quickly defeated and wetness protection was no match for physical activity. Halfway through the hike it was clear Secret Clear gel could not handle the challenge. My tank top was quite obviously saturated with wetness and it got worse by the time the hike was over. My overall review of Secret Clear gel is it's a decent daily anti-perspirant but don't plan on it saving your bacon if you are super active; unless massive pit stains and wet shirts don't bother you.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I was lucky enough to be chosen to try the new Secret Outlast Clear Gel Antipersperant. I loved the scent! It wasn't too strong or overpowering. Unfortunately, the product just wasn't for me. I tried it for a few days, however I did not like the "wetness" it left after application. I felt like I had to hold my arms in the air and wait for it to dry. I live a busy lifestyle with kids and work, I don't have time to wait for my deodorant to dry. It definitely works, the odour protection and clear protection were great! It was just too wet for my liking.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really liked the idea of clear odor and wetness protection but had a hard time with the uncomfortable icky wet feeling after I put the Outlast on.I felt that it stuck to my clothes which could damage the fabric and show up-not cool!

I ordered Secret clear gel in cocoa butter scent. What I received was a solid in a shower fresh scent. I would let it go if it was 1 container, but I ordered 6 of them.
