I work in an industry where I sweat! It gets hot, so this has worked wonders. However, it’s an expensive product. There are men’s deodorants that work almost just as well with semi-girly scents that are half the cost. I’d still recommend, it’s just pricey

I had to change my deodorant last year inn2025 when I entered perimenopause. My body changed and hormones along with it. It took me a while and lots of money to find the brand that would get rid of my new underarm smell. The Clinical Strength worked and worked all day. Highly recommend if you're going through perimenopause.

I have tried so many brands, but this is the only deodorant that actually works for me. The best part is that I have no more sweat stains on my shirts, which used to be a huge issue. It holds up all day long, even through a full day of activity. If you're looking for something that really lasts and protects your clothes, this is it!

Excellent deodorant/antiperspirant. Works really well, especially in the summer. Had used the Dove aluminum free deodorant in the cooler months to avoid using aluminum, but the Dove does not work at all in the summer. This Secret works perfectly!

I’m someone who has always struggled with finding a good product and this deodorant does exactly what I need it to do. In the past, I had trouble finding a deodorant that worked. Going through menopause had my body in a tailspin. Thank goodness I found this product. No more breaking out in a sweat 2 hours after application. I can rely on Secret to last at least 12-18 hours without re-applying.

Do not use with kidney disease is in very small print on the label. I have stage 3 kidney disease so I had to return it. No problems with the return

I have been using the Secret Clinical Strength Antiperspirant nearly since its debut. This USED TO be the only thing that worked for my hyperhidrosis. Recently, I have noticed that it seems to have become completely ineffective! Initially, I assumed that my body chemistry had changed... I'd just developed a tolerance or something. Then, I checked the ingredient list %26 discovered they had changed things. Aluminum chloride is still as effective for me as it ever was, but zirconium octachlorohydrex is useless. I can get useless antiperspirant for $2! I spend the extra money so that I have an effective antiperspirant. I might as well be using Tom's or Degree at this point. They're half the price %26 equally ineffective! I guess it's time to find a new brand. Such a disappointing waste! I would have used rhis product indefinitely had they not suddenly decided to sneakily cut corners. Expecting to get away with charging the same price for something made half as well as it formerly was. I don't think so! Not on my watch. Sorry... NOT SORRY!
