Easy to order. Great email communication from order verification to delivery notification
No on/off switch, and too easy for elderly to reset. Also needs to be louder but does work.
Alarm not terribly user friendly but better made than last one I had to return because it broke.
I didn't realize the alarm was connected to the pad. It won't work for my needs.
The alarm gets so hot I can't use it. I'm afraid it will start a fire.
