Gave us security knowing my elderly handicapped mom could call for help while we worked in the yard or in another area of the home. also gave her a sense of independence. we used this product while back when she had breast cancer and as a diabetic amputee she simply pushed her button for help. We've recommended this product over and over!!

This dual alarm system is great for my parents. They both have an alarm with different sounds. Now we know which one needs help.

This was affordable and perfect to have if your taking care of an elderly person or person with limited mobility. They can just hit the button instead of hollering across the house trying to get your attention. Makes it easier to go and do other tasks until needed again. No more trying to rush and check constantly checking to see if if they help; now all she has to do is hit the call button and have the security knowing I'm on the way to her side for assistance. This worked well in a cinder block house and even when out in the yard it was able to connect to alert. So perfect to go check the mail box or sit on the porch for a breather ,knowing the range is good enough to call you back when needed.

This system has been very helpful. I like that I can put the remotes in 2 different rooms for my Mom to reach me. She can also carry a remote with her. I can easily take the pager unit around the house and even outside to our patio. The options for different sounds and volume control are great.

This was one of very few systems with a portable receiver that didn't require to be plugged in all the time. In a multi level house I can be assured that I can be doing laundry, cooking, in the garage, etc and still be able to drop everything if needed to help my father. The receiver is not able to be easily carried in your pocket as it is quite large but you can carry it with you and set it down in the area as needed and rest assured that you can hear it. Its loud enough with a decent range, at a decent price. Does what I need it to do.

After looking at several types this one stood out the best. Great range and peace of mind knowing my mom can get assistance at the touch of a button.

Item was all that the advertisement said it was. The two buttons red for emergency with an alert sound different from the blue which sends a melody signal. Sound does travel from our downstairs room to our 2nd floor clearly Definitely worth the price Be aware you need to purchase your own batteries. 2 different kinds and inexpensive. One feature I would liked to have had would have been a way to speak back to the patient after he had pushed the blue button. I had not thought of that when I ordered the product, nor did the manufacturer say that was a feature

Can only give 3 stars because I just got this. No idea how it will perform when needed. Shipping was fine, easy to follow instructions to get set up.

It does everything it says it will do. Good range, loud enough etc. I have one with only one call button, but otherwise it is the same. The problem is that it will spontaneously go into search mode. Then, no matter what I do, I couldn't get it out of search mode. Even taking the batteries for for a few hours didn't help. Finally I left the batteries out for 3 days, then when I put them back in it worked right. The next time it did that, nothing would work, so I left it in search mode and it ran the batteries down in 2 days. Now it is still in search mode, and will not come out. I have to buy something else.
