SecureLine 20 Foot Retractable Clothes Line. Made of Durable White Plastic.

This line was easy to hang up. Now that it's getting cooler outside or if I have to leave the house I can leave clothes hanging to dry indoors. This is so convenient for me.

Online order was for/included 1.) Hyper Tough, Model Number RC20-HT, Retractable Clothesline 20 Foot @ $14.98. However, Walmart fulfillment shipped a different item to us? Walmart instead shipped 1.) "SecureLine" Model RC20-3P, a lesser product? The order was clearly marked "NO substitutions will be provided for this order". Can't review/rate the actual item...Hyper Tough Model RC20-HT since we haven't had a chance to use it as not received from Walmart. Checked other online reviews and apparently the same Walmart shipping fulfillment problem has happened for the same item, Hyper Tough Model RC20-HT, was substituted when order was clearly marked "No substitutions". Please Walmart...improve your order fulfillment. This was my first online Walmart order, only three of the four items fulfilled were true to the order placed. Not trusting of a Walmart reorder of, Hyper Tough Model RC20-HT, thinking the order will be filled incorrectly again. Will try to purchase elsewhere and then provide a proper review of the actual product. It looks very promising ...once we can get hold of one!

The store did a delivery with this one and they sent me the wrong item. When I looked up the item they sent me, it was worth a dollar less than the item I'd actually purchased!! They did a weight adjustment and, literally, changed the item on my online receipt to the item they sent me. That doesn't even seem legal!! Getting kind of sick of Walmart and stupid stuff like this. I took a picture of the item while I was purchasing it, just in case. Glad I did. I ordered a Hypertough brand, not this. This one doesn't even tell you it's workload. Please, hire people who do the job. Plus, those drivers tend to bring, not only the incorrect items, but they smell like they are doused in perfume half the time, which triggers migraines for me. Get it together, Walmart! I'm returning the item, but what a useless waste of time and energy! At least they are allowing me to return this item. Half the items that get shipped to me, they turn down for returning now. Again, get it together Walmart. We return these things due to your mistakes, not ours. Why should we be spending time and money to fix your ignorant mistakes.

doesn't have a lock to hold line

Stretchy line. Would not recommend. Had to wind it several times to hold any weight. Sad.
