I ordered a couple of "bullet" cams from Arenti and received two of their OP1 pan cams instead. Certainly can't complain, but if you have a whitelist and don't want to disable it to connect, you will have to email Arenti your SN and have them respond with the MAC address, since it's not printed on the device or packaging.
I love everything about it
Great picture quality nice added touch with the light. Only slight downfall is even on human detection you still get a lot of notifications with rain etc but I'm sure an update at some point will sort all that out. Overall would definitely buy more when I move
Have purchased arenti type cameras before and needed these ones for outside. Purchased two. Self explanatory and can add an sd card if i need to. Plenty of cable on which is just what i need.
Company sent me the wrong camera for outside . Not the same in the picture . Not made for a rechargeable wireless connection.
