this is my second netvue item, previously bought the orb for the front of house and have this one in my kitchen which i use for monitoring the garden when were away or the dog when were out, its great easy to set up , works with Google Home to. can turn infa red lights on or off to avoid glare on window, brilliant clear video capture, is simple and easy to use simple to conect to wifi, also comes with fixing bracket and handy screw hole template. has brilliant adjustable motion sensor. highly recomend this item, couldnt be happier

Been using this camera for just over 24hrs now. So far I am please with camera and is working how I expected it to. The setup instructions were simple and easy to follow, the picture quality is reasonable for the price; the camera is on the cheaper end of the market and I find that the picture quality during the night isn't particularly that great but I may need to try and tweak the settings a bit more and see if I can make it better. The device itself is nice, clean and modern. It will look good whatever room it is in.

This camera is of great build quality. I have installed it in the conservatory to keep an eye on the back door and garden. The picture quality is so much better than my old d link cameras. I will be replacing all of them with the netvue. My first netvue was the doorbell and it has been flawless for a year now. The night vision is better on the new camera than my old netvue doorbell cam. I have just ordered the netvue bullet outdoor cam.

I bought this to assist with monitoring elderly relatives staying nearby - the long range helps me have the camera at their apartment and the viewer in mine (a couple of houses away). The motion sensor is good and starts capturing only when it can sense someone.

This camera works outstanding for the price point. The tilt / pan and zoom functions work well and the picture comes back into focus quickly after moving the camera. I would recommend this camera to any one who is looking to have a monitoring system in their home,

This is my 3rd Netvue camera, image quality and the speed of the connection to view is amazing considering the price. With the built in SD card you can get about a months playback instantly, way quicker than much more expensive models. Will be buying some more!

Update: I still think the cameras are good and work well with the iOS app, however I have recently bought an Echo Show in the Black Friday sale, Netvue state to be fully compatible with Google Home, the service through Google Home is very poor, video constantly buffering, place it next to the app running on iOS and it’s at least a minute behind when it does stream. More work required here... What can i say? It worked straight out of the box, following the step by step instructions were easy, within 5 minutes i was checking out its features. The camera is basic, no pan / tilt etc but i do not need this as a baby monitor. For the price i am very pleased.

i have the settings correct and it picks up a lot of movement, but for some reason at times it misses when deliveries are made. it even misses when people walk up to my door, it lags, disconnects ir doesnt pick up for hours at a time.

Speaker has low volume even when it's maxed out. When I tried to speak onto the phone microphone, it will disconnect the WIFI, this unit is going back.
