Sedgehammer 13.5 Gram- Halosulfuron Herbicide Nutsedge Killer

Worked exactly as it should. Killed my yellow nutsedge within a week! Absolutely would recommend. Did not even need a surfactant as it's already in the SedgeHammer+. Don't understand the bad reviews and Sedgehammer has been an industry staple for a long time. Nice to be able to get a small amount and not have to spend all that money just to treat a small area

I decided to order Sedgehammer after I planted grass seeds, and the stupid Nutsedge completely took over the bottom half of my yard!! It arrived promptly, with directions on how to mix, and apply. SH completely wiped out all the Nutsedge, with no damage to the grass. Actually now my grass is sprouting up. I'm very pleased with this product, as well as the service. Very Fast shipping!! I did not realize that this weed (Nutsedge/nut graass) was so difficult to killl - spend 2 weeks pulling and discovered it grows faster - tried Sedgehammer and walla weeds are gone!!!!

Sedgehammer Works Fast... our new lawn was cleared within a couple weeks.

SedgeHammer is the ONLY thing I've ever tried that killed Nut Sedge/Nut Grass in one application.

I have recommended this to others...you MUST follow the directions, exactly as they are written, and the sedge will die.

I mixed up 8oz test solution at 19% higher concentration and spray directly on the green kyllinga. I did 3 applications. It has a weak effect much less than glyposate(Roundup) which has to be very carefully directly applied as it kills grass also. I bought the 13.5oz packet which does 1 gallon of solution.

This picture is very deceiving because the product you receive isn't what the picture shows! The picture online shows the product that says halosufuron 75% BUT the writing says 13.5 gram which is what they send and it is only 5% of active ingredient!!!Online it reads sold by Solution Pest

Product description was lacking. Photo showed product with 25% active ingredient/75% other. Actual product received had only 5% active ingredient. Doesn't seem as effective.

This herbicide was supposed to kill nutweed grass but it's useless, BUT, Walmart did an outstanding job of accepting the order and delivering the product. Amazon - look out!
