Great Book
This is a great book to use for yourself and for the ones you leave behind. It gives them all the info they will need when you are gone. Great to put in a Nokbox or something similar. Its very well made, the cover of it is very storn, don't think it will tear easy and the layout tells you what info you will need. It even has a section for your finances and Insurance, etc. This one was a lot less money then the one I found on another site. I actually got two for the price of their one.

good start needs more work
proof reader needs to be fired person 2 section starts titled person one which is going to be confusing to the person trying to use the information accurately in an emergency situation which is what this is for, the medication section needs more space on the lines or you have to write rather small to fit the name of the medication in. the irony is this is SEE IT BIGGER for those of us who have vision issues and the section for advance directives is a small checklist which is useless there should be a pocket that will hold the actual paperwork needed to give the medical professionals permission to stop life support or what ever other directives there might be this book is a great idea but needs more work
