SEEDS OF CHANGE Organic Quinoa, Brown & Red Rice, 8.5oz

Three of my best grain combinations to maximize good health eating with grains. Unfortunately, but to be expected, only enough for a small appetite size serving if eating it alone. So be prepared to add other food items for a complete meal as more protein and fresh veggies.

Seeds of change rice is phenomenal!!!! Best convenience rice I've ever had!!!! Pop it in the microwave or in a pan with a little water and it's ready to go!! I love rice but usually microwaved rice has a little after taste but no seeds of change! I will be buying this again!

Easy to whip up a rice bowl in less than 2 minutes. I add chicken and beans with a little salsa and it's amazing!

Great addition to my salads. Adds fiber and nutrients that I'm lacking. I highly recommended if you like a grain salad.

I love this brand of quick rice. but I usually buy it in bulk from a "big box" membership store. They didn't have it so I purchased it here. It was a tad more expensive than what I am used to, but it's worth it.

I like the simple, basic ingredients, and that it only takes about a minute and a half in the microwave to prepare. Have purchased these many, many times in the store. I DO usually add garlic powder, olive oil, and other things to it, but it really can stand alone by itself. Great quinoa and rice, and easy to digest, too.

Great product! Easy, delicious, and efficient way to eat healthy grains! One pouch provides a small side dish for two. Or combined with chicken, shrimp, and vegies for a stir-fry meal. Perfect addition for a hardy soup! Also, it's great mixed with greens for a tabuleh style salad. Highly recommend Seeds of Change organic grains products!

Expensive for what it is, but definitely ready-to use and tastes fine.
