astilbe seeds did not germinate

Disappointed
We received these mixed color and pink astilbe in November and planted them in late December. It's now mid February and nothing has come up. We have planted about 150 other seeds of various plants within the last couple weeks and many of them are already up. They are all in our plant room. They didn't really look like seeds but planted them anyway. They looked more like chaff. The only reason they got 1 star is because you have to give it something to submit the review.

Trash!! Not Astilbe seeds, ribbed off twice in one order. I've learned my lesson.
