This helped my calm mood. I loved this product. It is wonderful for a calm mood and collected thoughts. Just enough to where I feel calm but not jittery or numb. I love it! It did take 6 weeks to feel the full, calming effects so just stick with it. I took one capsule a day with food.

I was hesitant to try this at first not knowing how my body would react. I'm so glad I did. I take it at bedtime and do sometimes feel a little herxing but know that's ok. I feel like it has helped with my sleep and inflammation. As always, another great product from Seeking Health!

My husband and I both tried it. I tried it to see if it would help with teeth grinding at night. Unfortunately it didn't agree with my digestive system, causing cramps, so I had to stop after two days. My husband tried it to improve his sleep. After two weeks, he found that his sleep didn't change but he was groggy in the morning. So we are both no longer taking it.
