Seeking Health B-Minus, 100 Vegetarian Capsules

My daughter has abnormally high B-12 levels. I have spent a lot of time trying to find a vitamin B complex supplement that is right for her. The best I could do was to find one with very low B-12 levels. Then the Lord Blessed me to find this B-minus formula. I did not think that such a formula existed until I saw this. It gives good amounts of the other B vitamins WITHOUT any B-12 at all!! We were excited to receive it and are very satisfied with it. This "magic bottle" has managed to relieve us of so much stress. The world needs to know about this supplement; I recommend it. My thanks and appreciation to the manufacturer who had the forethought to put this supplement together.

I've tried b vitamins that never really worked. With this I get a steady stream of energy throughout my day.

This is a great product. I cannot tolerate typical Multi-Vitamin that contains B- 12 and Folate so I'm thankful this vitamin contains neither. Been using it for a long time.

I recently found out that I do not methylate B vitamins and need a very specific type to work for me. I searched all over and Seeking Health was the only brand that had what I was looking for and understood my struggle with broken genes. I feel better daily and am so grateful to have found these products.

This is SO helpful for those of us who can't handle any methylated B vitamins. It allows you to take a B complex and then add whatever form of folate/ B12 works best for you. It still gives me burps that smell like B vitamins, but I've never found a B complex that doesn't do that, so I didn't think it would be fair to knock off a star for that!

I love this product! It was the missing piece besides hormones and thyroid support that I didn't know I needed. So grateful for it!

Finally B vitamins without Folic acid & B12. Thank you. I take the methylated version of those but was missing out on the rest of the B vitamins. My granddaughter started the children's methylated version. We appreciate you providing this offering. I'm only 1/2 way through my first bottle so no personal story yet
