Recently, Ive had a hard time breaking down A2 yogurt, other probiotics, and proteins. I have multiple GI problems and these digestive enzymes are working far better than any other digestive enzyme I have tried before. My digestion got so much worse when I fell into a awful hypothyroid state from central hypothyroidism and am struggling so bad histamine problems. I take 2 capsules with each meal. Hoping to heal fast so I can get back to my passion of running ??

I bought the chewable ones first because I have major supplement fatigue from having to take so much for my health issues but I didn't like that they were so sweet. So I tried these and have stuck to them. No issues and I can always tell when I run out and don't take them my pancreas gets achy.

I recently have been diagnosed with mcas and have been suffering over 20 yrs.. Joined a few groups on facebook and everyone was posting about seeking health supplements so i thought id give it a try.. and im so glad i did.. The dao supplements have helped me so much and dont leave my house with them.. Thank u so much for all the work you do regarding histamine intolerance and such.. I wanted to love it, but it seemed every time I tried it, it just didn't quite work. My bms were not fully formed and seemed like I wasn't absorbing well after taking them. It could just simply be my extreme sensitivity to certain ingredients right now, and something in this formulation is not agreeable to my body. Love some of the other supplements that Seeking Health has, though.
