I've noticed real benefits from using histamine-supporting nutrients. In my case, I don't typically experience the nasal congestion or drainage that often comes with histamine overload. Instead, I tend to have more of the neurologic symptoms—such as migraines, brain fog, insomnia, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. When I take the supplement, especially during times of year when outdoor histamine levels are high, I feel that a healthy response to histamine is supported.

I live in "Grass Pollen" USA and also I have issues with some food products. I have found that this Histamine Nutrients have been VERY beneficial with all my issues. I would highly recommended this supplement...and everything that Seeking Health offers. I have never been disappointed.

I can't be without Histamine Nutrients!! Docs had me try many different things. Said I had mast cell activation. I then went to functional medicine doctors and they found underlying problems. I also had issues with the supplements they had me try. Then I found Dr. Ben Lynch and the Dirty Genes book. Everyone needs to read this book!! I gave a copy of it to my functional medicine docs and they loved it. Since I had trouble taking supplements they prescribed, they told me to take Dr. Lynch's supplements. I have been thankful to find that Dr. Lynch seems to be one of few who understands the impact of histamine difficulties on overall health. This product and much of his research reflects that! It includes necessary pieces to support a healthy histamine response (skin, inflammatory response, response to foods) while also including necessary cofactors that also help to make the product work well and support overall health. This product also supports healthy sleep and I find it helpful before bedtime. Thank you, Dr. Lynch, for putting such thought into your products.

I'd been doing a low-histamine diet and lots of DAO, but wasn't quite hitting the mark. THIS is the one thing that really helped support my sleep cycle. I take 2 before bed every night. I've also given up on the low histamine diet and am still doing good. I'm certain it is this product. If I am flared, I will take these as needed in addition to my nightly use, to support a healthy histamine response. They are sadly super expensive, but it's worth it to have freedom in eating. I've got about another 30 years of life in me, lol, and I hope these are around as long as I am. :)

I always have this on hand incase I start feeling stuffy in the nose, indicating a slow response to histamine. I will take 1 or 2 caps and feel like my response to histamine is quickly supported. I saw a video Dr Ben Lynch did suggesting this as a way to use it and I tried it and it worked, which is why I keep it on hand in my house.

Helped most when taken before bed for my personal use. I'm mostly affected by night sneezing. I found Dao enzymes to be more effective.
