I cannot say enough good things about HistamineX. I've tried every histamine management product or technique out there (quercetin, bromelain, elderflower, mushroom tincture, organ supplements, acupuncture, breathing exercises, neti pot, anti-histamine sprays and pills, aromatherapy, dietary changes, a new house, on and on and on!) out there and literally nothing helped but this. I hope they can find a way to keep it in stock more consistently.

If you have histamine sensitivities this is a must purchase. I have endometriosis and also discovered I have histamine sensitivities. Since I found this I noticed a healthy response to my histamine sensitivities. I never go without it. It's a game changer.

I love all the histamine products SH has. They are unique and work great! However, as much as the rebranding is great, the name changes are actually much more confusing. I liked Histamine BLOCK better. (Histamine Nutrients now?) This one HistaminX, admittedly, I don't even know what it is (without looking). You should be able to get a good idea of the product with the name alone! I hope that SH will recognize that the change in names in this line especially does not work. Cheers!
