Seeking Health Magnesium Plus, Doctor Formulated Vitamin B6 Supplement Plus Magnesium, Supports Better Sleep, Support, Vegetarian Capsules (100 Capsules)

After a reaction to some medication, I ended up in the ER in some of the worst pain of my life. I had slightly low magnesium levels. I have been taking Magnesium Plus ever since and my levels have returned to normal. I feel great and it helps me sleep great. I will stick with this supplement forever.

This blend of glycinate with cofactors has completely transformed my sleep. When I take it at bedtime, I fall asleep within 20 minutes and typically sleep through until morning. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. In contrast, pure glycinate alone often left me feeling groggy the next day.

This magnesium's content and absorption aren't an issue. That's the part that makes it a good product. But it's a capsule rather than a caplet! How can I adjust that?! Because it is a capsule, it's impossible to make an adjustment to the amount I need to take. When I to have been more athletic than normal, or more stressed than normal, I have to take more magnesium, but usually not a lot. So I take it in half-pill increments. Unfortunately, now I have to purchase more magnesium that are caplet's, so I can dose my daily amounts correctly. I can't use this product for adjusting my magnesium according to my day. That sucks.
