Agreed, This is One Magnificent Formula

Alex November 18, 2025

Agreed with the prior review, this is a magnificent formula and the best overall multivitamin I've ever taken or come across, all things considered. I'd just love to see 1mg of zeaxanthin to round it out, either all retinyl palmitate or a higher overall vitamin A dose, and 140 iu of SOD to match the clinical dose shown to be effective in studies. Simply reducing pantothenic acid by 10% would provide more than enough headroom to make those adjustments while keeping the same sized one pill a day dose. Thanks Dr. Lynch!

MF Should Stand for Magnificent Formula

Derek November 13, 2025

This is hands down the best multivitamin I've ever taken, and I've tried others from Metagenics, Pure Therapro, Thorne, and Pure Encapsulations, as well as smaller brands. But none of them have the perfect mix of a comprehensive blend of nutrients in the ideal forms, at the ideal dosages. The fact that such a winning formula is in only one pill a day is also such a convenient aspect. Most importantly, I feel better with this, like my systems are running optimally, and I feel more alive. With my slow COMT, I can now see that I've actually been experiencing side effects for years from taking high dose methylated B vitamins in those other products, but I didn't know it. The recent (as of October 2025) update to the formula bringing copper, switching to all Albion minerals, and increasing lutein is what really made this shine. Shame about the loss of PQQ, that would've been nice to have, but I love that it has Extramel SOD, boron, and K2.

Excellent multivitamin!

Hagit B. October 4, 2025

After years of trying different multivitamins and struggling to find one that worked well for me, especially with my MTHFR gene mutation, I'm so glad I finally found this one. It's gentle, easy to tolerate, and I can actually feel a difference in my energy and overall well-being. It's rare to find a formula that's both effective and gentle on the system, and this one truly delivers.

Wonderful bioavailability.

Mike C. September 30, 2025

I have both a MTHR mutation and the slow COMT variant, and this is one of the few products that contain B12 as hydroxocobalimin. Much improved cognitive and memory support.

Well tolerated

Dawn K. July 18, 2025

This multi covers the basics well, with a few extras that many multivitamins lack. My daughter tolerated this one fine compared to the version that contains methylfolate. Grateful for this option!

Formula Change

Mariana July 30, 2025

I still like this product as it's the only multivitamin I found that's methyl free and I like that I just got confirmation today that the vitamk7 is indeed all trans which is the kind we need in our body. I took away a star because comparing the two bottles the “old” version with the “new” on they have changed the formula. This is also the question I sent to Dr. Lynch and his reply so I appreciate him replying to me but I am not happy with the new formula no longer contains the manganese(Manganese *(as Manganese Bisalycinate Chelate) (Albion®) 1 mg 43%) Also the lutein used to be 3mg and it is now only 1mg. Q: Why the change in the most recent formula? I just received the new formula as opposed to the old one and couldn't help but notice the new formula no longer contains the manganese(Manganese *(as Manganese Bisalycinate Chelate) (Albion®) 1 mg 43%) Also the lutein used to be 3mg and it is now only 1mg. I wanted to upload pictures of both bottles but I'm not finding a way to do that. As I circled in red the changes I've noticed like the new formula now says : Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) (vitaMK7®) 100mog instead of Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) not sure that's the same thing just worded differently same as with the “ Life P00®(pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt) and the old formula didn't have the word Life in the beginning just POOL-s Pyrroloquinoline quinone Disodium Salt) But yeah the biggest changes I've noticed is the lack of the manganese and the amount of lutein you now cut down from 3mg to 1mg. Hope I hear from you soon. Thanks. Reply: “ Hi Mariana - We do adjust formulations at times. The K2 and PQQ are still the active forms - just using the trademarked forms - superior. We will be removing the PQQ in a future lot so we can offer it in the EU because if we use PQQ, we can't offer it there due to some licensing issues. Manganese and Lutein I'll check on those because I want to keep those the same. I'll check with my QC team. I'll get those back to where they were in future lots. In health, Dr. Lynch” Pictures show NEW formula vs. OLD formula(second picture.)

Not sure yet

Mariana September 22, 2025

Sometimes I feel ok with these sometimes I feel is gives me heart palpitations(not 100% sure it's from these) and 2 times I have flushed with these from their niacin which I had asked before and was told it's the non flush kind but then I don't know why twice I have flushed! My entire face red and elbows and knees and arms, back of my neck. Burning and somewhat itching. I made sure to take with food but maybe I needed more food? But only happened 2x so I don't get it. It's hit or miss. Would like to see him add back 3mg Lutein instead of 1mg because the old formula had 3mg and add some copper as it's a co-factor for zinc. He told me he would but when? When will th eh be available for purchase?

Nausea

Safia May 27, 2025

I have double MTHFR polymorphism. Wanted to give the methyl free forms a try. It was hard to tell if it was better or worse then the methylated vitamins. However giving it less than a great review because I could only tolerate it after eating and any time I took it without food it made me very nauseous

Be careful with this if you have POTS

Skye November 28, 2025

I decided to take this multivitamin every other day, and after a while, I started to notice a pattern. The day after taking one, I would be lethargic, depressed, and nauseated. I have POTS, and I'm guessing that one or more of the ingredients was causing a mini flare up, as this is exactly what a flare up feels like for me. I'd feel better by the next day, but then I'd take another dose and the cycle would start over. It's so hard to find a multivitamin that's just that - vitamins and minerals -without a bunch of added stuff that people might potentially react to. I hope Seeking Health will make a basic one for those of us who need non methylated B vitamins and are also sensitive to supplements.

I realized I need methylfolate and methylb12

Rachel C. September 6, 2025

I'd been accustomed to “multivitamin one” but swapped it up on my last order and noticed a significant dip in energy. Will be going back to my OG because I think I've got the MTHFR
