I have used these for years and haven't been 100% satisfied until now. I have used both the canister and the sticks and prefer the sticks because I travel and am on the go. In the past, there would be a stick here and there that would be hard and/or sticky but no more. I don't have an issue with these anymore. I also like the formula change. The packaging is different and doesn't allow for moisture or clumping. The new formula seems to be exactly what I need for electrolyte replacement and hydration during a hike or after one of my workouts. I've tried so many electrolytes over the years, and these are definitely the best!

I have tried MANY brands of electrolytes and while most of them are good, a lot of them are very similar in ingredients. I have not had any other electrolytes like these: not only do they taste good, but they use monk fruit and to make them a little fizzy they use potassium bicarb (baking soda). This sets Seeking Health electrolytes apart from all of the rest! All 3 of the flavors are great but I think if I had to pick a favorite I would go with lemon.

I have tried SO many electrolytes and these are my new go-to. Although I wish they were cheaper and I wish the flavored ones had about half the monk-fruit sweetener, I just buy the tubs (or sticks) in flavored and unflavored and mix them. Thanks for making a stevia free electrolyte that works AND and unsweetened version that actually tastes fine.

So glad these are back. I recently brought the box to a family party and my cousins were so excited to see that they had creatine in them. I love the berry flavor especially since I cant have citrus . Thank you so much for bringing these back. I always hand these out to friends who need immune system support. I personally only use these in glass

The sticks have made it much easier for me to keep hydrated throughout the day, don't even have to think about it- just throw a couple in my bag and go!

I have had great results with the electrolytes. I sip on them when I get up in the morning and they make me feel energized when normally I do not feel that way. I also use them occasionally throughout the morning and they seem to keep me on track. I have tried other brands with different results, some of them not so good. This product was a perfect fit and the taste is great. I love that they have individual servings as well as a bulk container. The individuals work well if you are on the go or traveling!

These are great and convenient for travel, especially on airplanes where getting out your tub and scooping aren't very practical. Just be sure the bottle you're adding to isn't full…it will spill over! I really appreciate that this is unflavored and unsweetened. I can't handle any other electrolyte powders.

Here in Florida (and any hot-weather area), electrolytes are essential. But Florida's humidity makes tubs of electrolytes clumpy soon after opening, thus making tubs overly expensive. The electrolyte sticks are excellent for many reasons, primarily because [1] it's so very easy to add a stick of electrolytes to a bottle of water; [2] it's very easy to carry unopened sticks of electrolytes with one whenever going out, to make it easy to stay well-hydrated even away from home & car; [3] there's no clumping in the sticks, thus enabling one to get maximum benefit from each package; [4] it's very easy to share electrolyte sticks with others, such as workmen doing home repairs or with folks out on walks, etc. My personal favorite flavor is the Lemonade, although the Berry flavor is also good (just a bit sweeter than I prefer). I haven't tried the Orange or the Unflavored yet, simply because I enjoy the Lemonade flavor so much. Our grandson loves the Berry flavor, and our granddaughter loves the Lemonade flavor. These electrolyte sticks are handy for encouraging kids to stay well-hydrated by making it so easy for them to carry sticks with them in their backpacks, etc. Definitely worthwhile to try these for yourself, especially now with summer here. I do think it would be very helpful if SeekingHealth offered a “flavors sampler pack” of one stick of each flavor, to allow newcomers the opportunity to try the different flavors before they buy, and to make it easy to introduce newcomers to the joys of SeekingHealth electrolyte sticks. Just a suggestion …

I've been using Optimal Electrolyte Sticks from Seeking Health daily for a few months now, and the berry flavor has definitely become my go-to. Each stick mixes effortlessly, no clumps or odd aftertaste, and the taste is genuinely refreshing and satisfying without being overly sweet. I notice a real boost in my energy levels, whether I'm working out, running errands, or just getting through a busy day. I also love the convenience of the single-serve sticks since they're perfect for tossing in my gym bag or taking on the go.

I enjoy the taste and fizzy texture and I like the unique ingredients I haven't seen in other electrolyte sticks. I particularly like the amount of potassium as I've been trying to increase my intake of it. Unfortunately, there is an ingredient or two that doesn't agree with my digestion. I now consume the sticks only about once a week to try and mitigate the issue.
