I've been taking this supplement daily for years. My hair is thicker, my fingernails are so much harder AND I just had my baseline bone density done at age 61 and my bones are very strong with no signs of osteoporosis. I attribute these all to this supplement! Also, love the taste.
These are the only vitamins I can tolerate my whole family takes them and I buy them for my dad too. Super easy chewable that tastes great and can take on the go. We all agree we can feel the benefits from these high quality methylated vitamins, makes all the difference! Hands down our family fave!
I searched for a chewable multivitamin and am so glad I found these. Have been using for many, many years now. And Seeking Health has been very responsive anytime I've needed their help. Very pleased.
I like these vitamins- the fact that they are chewable is great- don't have to have gummies or compressed vitamins that don't dissolve! They taste ok- could be a little better but definitely doable. Would suggest maybe a different way to pack them in the bottle- a few were broken into pieces and powder when they arrived. A pic included of some of the pieces and powder. Thank you - I will be reordering.
I thought I'd get into chewable multivitamins I guess it's not for me. I never remembered to take them and I don't love the taste.
So sad formula decreased several key nutrients. Instead of 2 it's now one chewable. Missing vitamin C . And decreased other key nutrients important to me. Won't be buying anymore.
