I deal with complex health challenges that affect multiple body systems, including neurological, circulatory, and energy-related functions and I've found that certain nutrients can play a supportive role in my overall wellness. Optimal PC has been a helpful addition to my routine, especially when taken in the evening. I've noticed it supports restful sleep and helps me feel more balanced and focused during the day. While I've tried whole food sources like sunflower seeds, taking a SoftGel nightly has been a more convenient way to consistently include this nutrient in my routine. I'm grateful to Seeking Health for offering supplements that align with my wellness goals.

Stumbled accross this supplement a month ago. Read reviews and did my research so I decided to give it a shot. It's honestly been pretty good for focus and mental clarity. I've noticed a slight increase in my focus at work. It's only been about 3 and a half weeks so I do want to give it a another month or so to see how I am feeling and will reeavlaue then. So far so good.

I love this because it helps my liver and brain. I have added it to help histamine too and keep my liver functioning. I don't take it everyday just when I need it! I recommend trying it for brain health as it helps choline.

If you need a choline supplement these are the best quality.

I dislike when companies are not forthcoming with significant changes. It makes me question what else they might be trying to slip under the radar. I consider a reduction in the amount of a product to be just that. Seeking Health changed the look of their labels and featured it prominently on their website. There was no mention of the amount change anywhere. I believe the product itself is of good quality, so I am balancing my review rating.

I use other Seeking Health supplements with success, but I think this one just isn't for me or not for me right now. For context, I have experienced past mold exposure and have genetic susceptibilities to issues with detoxing histamine and ammonia. I was about 3.5 months into a low histamine detox and a month into a zeolite binder detox when I took Optimal PC. I took Optimal PC around 6:30pm and woke at 12:30 with intense anxiety, racing thoughts, chills, and itching. I'm not sure if my reaction was due to the softgel ingredients or the active ingredients.
