Trying to conceive at 40+ has been difficult but this prenatal makes it a little bit easier. I'm currently 10 weeks and so grateful for finding this prenatal recommended in Real Food for Fertility by Lily Nichols. Such a good book and a great prenatal!

I took these during my first pregnancy, with an 8 lbs 13oz baby being born, my doula said that my placenta was the biggest and healthiest she'd ever seen! I didn't do anything too crazy and had a pretty standard diet with a high craving of sweets so I really give these supplements all the credit to providing the best nutrition for my body and baby. Taking these again during my second pregnancy! Only this time I will continue to take them during postpartum.

I contribute taking this prenatal several months before conception and all through my current pregnancy for the lack of major negative symptoms! I feel energized, never got any nausea or sickness and feel great. I plan to continue taking these prenatals even after birth and would recommend them to anyone.

I did loads of research comparing many different brands. This one came out on top. I took it throughout pregnancy and now 3 years post birth (breastfeeding). I actually tried to switch to a regular multi to cut back and I felt it in my body. I felt better immediately when I started back up again.

Wanted to try a new prenatal for my TTC journey and this option felt like it had everything I was looking for. I love that they are easy on the stomach if I don't eat a huge meal. Gentle enough to take with a snack. I split mine up 4 with breakfast or morning snack and 4 at lunch. I love that they don't have a terrible supplement taste that is nauseating. Will definitely continue to take these.

I started taking optima prenatal at the end of 2020 when I was first trying to conceive. Fast forward two pregnancies and postpartums later and I still am! I love the reassurance the my babies both inside and out when breastfeeding are getting what they need. I eat a whole foods diet but optimal prenatal is a great insurance policy for gaps. Couldn't recommend this product or company overall more!

In my previous pregnancies, I had extreme morning sickness into the third trimester. I started taking these a month before conceiving and am early in the first trimester. I am happy to report I have felt only mildly queasy when I would normally be basically debilitated by nausea, vomiting, and dehydration. Very pleased!
