The chainsaw came neatly packed in it's own carrying case, and arrived very quickly. One of the chains was already installed on the bar, which meant I could start using it right away! I already own a 4in mini saw, and the worst thing about THAT one, was that it was almost impossible to find a file the right size, to sharpen the chain. THIS one, which is 6in, actually came with TWO files, and pretty much everything you need!! 2 batteries, and an extra chain also... I am charging the batteries now, for my first use. Pretty sure I'm going to like it alot! It's a perfect size and weight, for a small built woman in her 60s, who just can't safely manage a bulky, gas powered chainsaw! If it works s well as I think it will, I will be ordering another one, for my daughter.

I love this item. No assembly required. It comes ready to use once battery is inserted. I was able to use on small and medium jobs without any problems.

Very nice little saw package at a good price and it works. I just opened it up and I was very pleased with the unit. Did a couple hours of tree trimming so far so good. I don't know how long it will work for over time.

Everything looks good with this chainsaw. Waiting for someone to be next to me before using so I don't cut a body part off. That's how good I think it will work.

While it did get what I needed one, it overheated quickly, and after 10 minutes of use I had developed a blister on my thumb from the constant stop and start to keep it from over heating. But it did get the job done and was reasonably priced.
