Pleased first time owner
I'm quite happy with this purchase. The scooter is proving to be efficient for getting around local areas fast and easy. And is definitely fun. The battery, although I've yet to test its' limits, has been more than enough. It can ride rough if the streets aren't maintained well. The weight can be heavy to carry if one needs to do so but walking it in between use is fine and it collapses easy for times when you do need to lift it. I would recommend adding a rear view mirror if city riding is the main reason for buying.

Good Entry-level Scooter
Great scooter for short trips on flat roads. Scooters were packaged well and didn't have any damage. They charge up pretty fast and the battery lasts a decent amount of time. I weigh 175 lbs so no issues with it getting up to top speed but speed is limited to 15 mph and the ride is a little rough. I should have opted for the upgraded model that has the front shocks

Very Convenient
I ride mine several miles every day back and forth to work and I just wish it went a little faster, but I weigh 270lbs and it pulls me around just fine.

Not too good
The button on my scooter suddently stopped working. The screen/dashboard still works and lights up when charging but theres no way of using it since the button is just not working at all. Only had it for 6 months
