Great product after it's put together. Bought for my pre-teen (who is the height %26 weight of a teen). He loves it. It's faster for scooters specifically made for young kids (7-10 years old), but not too fast. This scooter works for an adult, too. Accessible (easy to use) digital controls for speed, etc.,. Sturdy build and body. Heavy - fit in the trunk of my mid-size SUV and the handle bar folds, but it's heavy for the average middle-aged mom to pickup. Heaviness = sturdiness. The bell is fun and the cell phone app to operate the scooter is easy, convenient %26 fun — My kid uses it on his own. My only critique: Mostly fine to assemble. The last few steps were difficult for me. I had to get help from someone with real expertise in home repair. That's frustrating because I think these items should either arrive assembled or we should have an option to have an employee assemble it. Many of us don't have the skills, tools, and time to assemble things like this on our own.

I had a Restored Segway Ninebot ES3 that lasted me a year and a half until the battery gave out. I bought this one a little over a month ago with the refund from my protection plan and so far I've been very happy with it. I love the upgrades - rear break light, better suspension, better tires, lights under the platform etc. I use it almost daily to commute to and from work a few miles from where I live. It's been a much smoother ride than my last one and battery life hasn't been an issue even when I've taken it on longer rides or made detours on my way home. I do however recommend adding the protection plan since the life of mid level e-scooters can vary from 2-5 years.

I love my Segway scooter. My sister lives 2 streets and we use this as a fast alternative way to go to each others houses, (her kids have a different version of this scooter and my kids do too) my mom sister and I all have this version. We have had no problems with them.

This is perfect for my family. I am able to ride with my 6 year old on this scooter at the same time. Thats well over 200 lbs. My 11 year old has no problem riding it alone.

Quick ship. Easy to assemble . Our boys loved it aged 14%2611 and they are outside riding this without sitting at home with screens. Would recommend anyone who wants to buy.
