Bought cheap scooters online and they were very rough on you with no suspension. These are smooth, fast, built well compared to the other cheap scooters. Highly recommend these if you have the budget.
It will get up hills, it may slow, but it still get up the hills. An extremely steep hill will reduce it speed very noticeably, but unlike the models below the Max G2, it will still move, you may have to assist it for those types of steep hills.
Overall, satisfied with it, a little noise from break cable tab that was rubbing on the tire, and I just bent it out of the way, real simple and everything was perfect.
I have the Segway G30LP. While it is a very dependable scooter, the G2 Max gives better range. G2 has dual suspensions making the ride a lot smoother. I test rode it today and while going faster than the G30LP, it doesn't feel as fast. I also like the fact that you can limit the charge percentage. The only thing I don't like is the weight. IT is heavier
High quality scooter with incredible range. Everything you would expect from Segway.
It's amazing such a smooth ride
These are great!!
Recently received the product and is incentivized to provide a review for a $5 promotion. In short, it appears to be a steady but basic e-scooter. The handle turn signals and the horn are a plus. I rode it over 14 miles the previous day and run down 3 blocks of the 5-bar charge blocks. That appears to be good given I was between "drive" and "sport". I am pleased with the e-scooter but honestly, it is too early to tell. I purchased with the knowledge that Segway has a competitive advantage with regard to electric scooters.
It was pretty easy to put together, it's got good speed, the steering stem column is pretty easy to collapse once you figure it out. My only complaint would be that it is very heavy.
I would expect better travel distance for this price range. The app does not show the distance traveled per day or per trip; it only provides the cumulative distance.
