This is a great item and great value. Over $200 off the price I saw somewhere else. I really like how it rides and all of the safety features. It is light and folded up and was easily stored and carried in my trunk.

I like product package as it keep the product safe from damage and assembly is so easy, it took me less that 5 mins, then setup the app in Android and iPhone was tested also, just download connect to the bluetooth and you are ready to go out to enjoy

I got this on sale for $500 almost a year ago. It just doesn't say verified purchase because I got it on my old account. Ok, I've seen this go for $1000 on Best Buy. It does go 17.6 mph (rounded to 18 on the dashboard). Riding it is very smooth, and the best part is that the tires are solid, so there's no way you're getting a flat tire. The headlight and taillight are very bright. Also, the baseboard has lights which are customizable to several different colors on the Segway app. Charges on an ok speed. I did have an issue after a while, and Segway was very quick and cooperative with my situation. This scooter comes with a one year warranty, and if you get yours replaced, the replacement has a 3 month warranty. Overall, a great buy!

Almost at 3500 miles. Buy to last

This scooter was great, until the rear fender broke off after 2 months. Now the scooter seems discontinued because I can't find anything for this version. I would like a refund or a new scooter. working on that as we speak.

Do not buy Segway. It's not Walmart's fault, but I bought this for a Christmas present for my daughter, and the second day it stopped working. I sent this back to Segway for repair at the end of December, and it still hasn't even shipped back to us. Segway's customer service is horrible. This was the kids "big" gift, and they haven't used it.
